This study develops a mediation model in which high-performance human resource practices affect corporate entrepreneurship (CE) through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). In a sample of 139 small-to-medium-sized biotechnology enterprises in the pharmaceutical industry, we find that high-performance human resource practices are positively related to CE, and that this relationship is mediated by the OCB of employees. We discuss theoretical and managerial implications for human resource management research and practice<\/span><\/p>\n
